Well it took me a while but I finally finished my black, white and red log cabin. Its machine quilted with loopty-loop quilting and I really enjoyed doing it. I found some interesting patterns evolving and had a lot of fun with the quilting.
Congrats on your finish Miri... You have made a wonderful quilt. Maybe I will try to make a Log cabin quilt once, I have tried it but it did not come out well at all.
You have an amazing blog, it is really very awesome, if you’re interested here is the link to my blog of poetry, it would be awesome if you could check it out and follow if you like.

Hello! I just discovered your blog and I am so impressed with this quilt! I like the optical illusion that it creates. I like logcabins, I've never done any yet, I'm just starting with quilting... Anyway, I really like your blog!
Thank you so much for visiting my blog and commenting on my first quilt. Ha ha, of course as you said it's impossible to stop at one. I am already working on my second quilt and my 9th month tummy is not supporting me at all. ;)
That is lovely quilting - I have only quilted by hand so cannot imagine trying to feed a quilt through a machine. Is there a 'secret' to this? Best wishes Jenny

Thanks for visiting my blog and posting a nice comment.
You're very talented in quilting- I admire black and white work (which is how I do most of my portraits).
Blessings!
